Keep cartons, bins, parts and supplies organized and easy to reach. System 800 combines one-piece welded frames with step beams that let you position shelf levels to suit your stock.

Adjustable on 1½″ centres to make better use of the space between shelves.
48″, 72″ or 96″ beam widths for short bays or longer shelf spans.
18″, 24″, 30″ or 36″ frame depths with a choice of frame heights.
Three decking options: galvanized wire, galvanized steel pans or OSB wood.
Light grey powder-epoxy finish on phosphate-undercoated steel frames and beams.

Finish the shelf properly

Don’t overlook wood supports.

Wood supports are available for 24″, 30″ and 36″-deep shelving, and are recommended for 30″ and 36″ depths. We’ll include the appropriate supports when we quote your shelving configuration.

There is no wood support for the 18″-deep shelving, as the shallower depth generally does not need one.

Which shelving sizes can I choose?

Beam widths are 48″, 72″ and 96″. Frame depths are 18″, 24″, 30″ and 36″, with 72″, 96″ and 120″ heights listed in each depth. A 24″-deep × 84″-high frame is also listed. Open the frame and beam tables above for individual part numbers.

Which deck should I choose?

Wire offers an open mesh surface. Steel pans create a solid metal shelf. OSB wood decks are an economical alternative. Share the size and weight of the items you store and we’ll help choose the right deck and supports.

How much weight can each shelf hold?

Capacity depends on the specific beams, span, decking, supports and loading arrangement. Ask us to confirm the rating for your configuration before ordering or loading it. No single capacity applies to every System 800 shelf.

Can I add components to shelving I already own?

Send photos and measurements of your existing frames, beam connections and decks. We’ll check the required component fit rather than assume that similar-looking shelving parts are interchangeable.

Do you install System 800 shelving?

Yes. JB Equipment supplies and installs shelving across the GTA and southern Ontario, from small stockrooms to larger warehouse projects. Supply-only orders can ship across Canada.

What should I send for a quote?

Send your room dimensions, desired shelf depth and height, number of shelf levels, decking preference, and approximate load per shelf. A quick sketch and photos help us plan the layout.
