Sketch your warehouse, draw where you want pallet racking, System 800 widespan shelving and System 200 shelving, and the planner fills in rows and aisles for you. You get a rough parts list you can download as a PDF or send to JB Equipment for a free quote.
How to plan your layout
- Enter your building. Add the inside width, length and clear height, plus column spacing if your building has columns.
- Draw your areas. Pick a product and drag across the floor plan. Rows fill in automatically with an aisle on every working face, end aisles and optional cross aisles. Mark offices, docks and doors as keep-clear zones.
- Adjust the settings. Choose frame height, beam length, levels and aisle width for each area. Pallet racking starts at 42″ deep all-welded frames with 96″ beams; System 800 and System 200 use our standard sizes.
- Download or send it. Save the plan and parts list as a PDF, or send it to us and we will reply with a quote.
What you can lay out
- Selective pallet racking: Redi-Rack style, all-welded frames from 8 to 18 ft, single rows on walls and back-to-back rows in the middle.
- System 800 widespan shelving: for hand-loaded cartons, bulky parts and long items.
- System 200 boltless shelving: for small parts, stockrooms and back storage.
Planning only, confirmed by JB Equipment
The planner is a visual tool and a rough parts list to help price a system. It is not an engineered drawing. Before anything is ordered or installed, JB Equipment confirms the final layout, aisle widths, beam levels and anchoring, plus any engineering or permit review where required.
