Product overview
Medium-duty roller conveyor is the standard choice for permanent gravity lines in warehouses, distribution centres and plants. The 1.9 in rollers carry everything from small cartons to heavier cases, and the 3-1/2 in deep, 10 gauge frame stays straight and rigid over long runs. Use it for packing and shipping lines, accumulation ahead of a workstation, pick lines and connecting departments, with matching curves to turn corners without power.

Setting the slope
Gravity conveyor moves product with a slight downhill pitch. The right amount depends on the weight and bottom surface of what you are moving: heavier, smooth-bottomed loads need less slope, while light or soft items need more. Adjustable supports let you fine-tune the pitch on site, and we can add guard rails, end stops and brake rollers where product needs to stop or stay on the line.
