Product overview
When loads get heavy, heavy-duty roller conveyor keeps them moving safely. The 2-1/2 in, 11 gauge steel rollers and 4 in deep painted channel frame carry heavy cartons, totes of parts, drums, castings and pallets. It is built for permanent lines in manufacturing, metal service centres, shipping docks and anywhere heavy product needs to travel without a forklift.
Construction and features
- Rollers: 2-1/2 in diameter, 11 gauge steel tube with grease-packed ball bearings
- Axles: 11/16 in hex, spring retained
- Frame: 4 in deep painted formed steel channel with welded cross members
- Roller capacity: 700 lbs per roller
- Frame capacity: up to 1,320 lbs per foot
- Matching 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° curves with a 36 in inside radius
- Wider beds available for pallets, up to 60 in overall in 3 in steps

Planning a heavy-duty line
- Check the weight on each roller: divide the load weight by the number of rollers under it and keep it under 700 lbs
- For pallets, measure the bottom boards and run direction so enough rollers stay in contact
- Keep the slope gentle for heavy loads and add stops or brake rollers at the discharge end
- Tell us the floor conditions and support height so we can set the stand spacing
