Product overview
Gravity curves let a conveyor line change direction while product keeps flowing, with no motors or controls. They help you work around corners, columns and equipment, fit more conveyor into tight floor space and link lines together. Every curve has a 36 in inside radius and matches the width and height of our straight sections, so it bolts straight in.
Curve styles
- Skate wheel curves are light and low cost, with wheels that let cartons turn naturally. A good match for skate wheel lines and portable setups.
- Straight roller curves use standard rollers fanned around the curve for a smooth, stable ride on roller lines.
- Split roller curves have two rollers on each axle that turn at different speeds, so long or wide cartons stay square and do not drift to the outside rail. Tapered rollers are also available.

- Angles: 30°, 45°, 60° and 90°
- Inside radius: 36 in
- Widths: matched to straight sections, 12 to 30 in overall (wider on request)
- Light, medium and heavy-duty versions to match the straight conveyor
- Formed steel frames that bolt to matching straight sections
