Product overview
Light-duty roller conveyor gives a smoother, more stable ride than skate wheels, while staying light enough to move by hand. The 1.4 in rollers handle small boxes, poly bags on trays, totes and items with uneven bottoms that would catch on wheels. It is well suited to packing benches, kitting areas, light assembly and movable sections that feed a main line.
Construction and features
- Rollers: 1.4 in diameter, 18 gauge galvanized steel with oiled ball bearings at both ends
- Axles: 5/16 in hex, spring loaded for easy roller removal
- Frame: 2-1/2 in deep, 12 gauge formed steel with welded cross members
- Roller capacity: 70 lbs per roller
- Frame capacity: up to 140 lbs per foot
- Matching 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° curves with a 36 in inside radius
- Fixed stands, adjustable supports or mobile bases on casters

Choosing roller spacing
At least three rollers should sit under the shortest item at all times. Close spacing (1-1/2 to 3 in) suits small boxes and totes; wider spacing lowers the cost for long, rigid cartons. Tell us your smallest package and we will recommend the spacing.
