What information should I send for a quote?
Send the loaded weight and dimensions, pallet or container construction, required lift height, aisle and doorway dimensions, floor conditions and available electrical or air supply. Include the JB model number if you have selected an option.
Does powered lifting mean the equipment drives itself?
Not necessarily. Some units use powered lifting with manual travel. Check the operating method in the individual model specifications rather than assuming that an electric lift also has powered travel.
Is the listed capacity available at every lift height?
Do not assume so. Stacker capacity can depend on lift height, load centre, reach and mast configuration. Use the confirmed model-specific load chart for selection and operation.
Are specifications and photos identical for every configuration?
No. Some photos represent a product family and may show a different mast, fork size or accessory arrangement. Specifications marked for confirmation are established in the final equipment selection and quote.
Can you help replace an older model?
Yes. Provide the old model, loaded weight, required height and key dimensions. An alternative in the same family may not match the older model’s capacity, height range or footprint; those differences must be checked.
