Horseshoe post protector
A floor-anchored steel guard with its own base plate. It wraps the front and sides of the upright without touching the frame, so impacts go into the floor rather than the column.

Wrap with bullnose
Wraps the lower upright and bolts on through the column punching. The rounded bullnose toe deflects forklift tines and pallet corners away from the footplate.

Heavy steel upright protector
Made from 1/4 in thick steel that wraps the front of the upright and takes the hit instead. Four pre-drilled holes for 1/2 in floor anchors. Best for high-traffic aisles and rack ends.

Which style should I choose?
The wrap with bullnose bolts directly to the upright and is a quick add-on for existing racking. The horseshoe anchors to the floor and suits rack ends and aisle corners. For high-traffic aisles, the heavy 1/4 in steel protector gives the most protection, with a taller 18-1/4 in option.
Do they fit my racking?
All three styles suit standard pallet racking uprights. Send us a photo of your upright if you are unsure and we will confirm the fit.
How are they anchored?
The horseshoe and heavy steel styles anchor to the concrete floor. The heavy steel protector takes four 1/2 in anchors. We stock 1/2 in wedge anchor bolts, so ask us to add them to your order.
