Duty classes
Frames come in five duty classes. Heavier classes use larger or thicker columns for taller frames and heavier loads. We’ll confirm the right class from your load and beam levels.

How JB frame part numbers work
JUBF + duty class + depth + height in inches. For example, JUBFH42192 is a heavy-duty (HD1) frame, 42 in deep and 192 in (16 ft) high.
Frequently asked questions
Which frame depth do I need?
For a standard 40 x 48 in pallet, most warehouses use a 42 in deep frame, so the pallet overhangs each beam by about 3 in. Deeper or shallower frames suit other pallet and product sizes.
How tall should my frames be?
Allow for your top beam level plus the load height, and keep clearance below sprinklers and lights. We will check your ceiling height and forklift reach when we plan your layout.
Do frames need to be anchored?
Yes. Frames should be anchored to the floor. We stock wedge anchor bolts in a range of sizes, plus shims for levelling.
