Why galvanized racking in a cooler

Coolers and food production areas deal with constant humidity, condensation and regular washdowns. Standard painted racking can chip and rust in these conditions. Galvanized racking has a zinc coating that holds up much better in cold, wet spaces, which keeps the racking looking clean and lasting longer.

  • Short, shallow units: 24″ deep frames at 6′ high keep every level within easy reach for hand loading.
  • Open wire decks: galvanized wire mesh decks let air move around stored product and are easy to clean.
  • Fits the space: a compact run along the cooler wall leaves a clear aisle to the door.
