Stacking: up to five high for these rigid models. Confirm the complete loaded stacking arrangement for your application before use. Follow the supplied rating and operating instructions; do not treat individual container capacity as a rating for an arbitrary stack.

Understanding the model codes

The featured codes identify the container configuration: N = 40″ × 48″ base; S at the start = 34½″ × 40½″ base; C = cup foot; E = expanded metal; S in the wall or floor position = solid sheet; G = gate; W = short side; 2 = gates on two sides.

For example, SCE-S-GW2 identifies the smaller base, cup feet, expanded-metal walls, a solid floor and short-side gates on two sides. Quote the complete model code when ordering.

COLLAPSIBLE WIRE CONTAINERS

Open visibility.
Fold-down convenience.

Wire mesh makes contents easy to see, while the drop gate provides access from the front. Fold the container down when empty to reduce the space it occupies between uses.

Up to 4,000 lbEvenly distributed load

Choose from outside sizes of 20″ × 32″ × 22″ through 40″ × 48″ × 42″. The small model has ½″ × ½″ mesh; the other three sizes use 2″ × 2″ mesh.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Common questions

What is the difference between rigid and collapsible containers?

Rigid containers retain their welded shape and offer a choice of expanded-metal or solid sheet walls and floors. Collapsible wire containers fold down when empty. Choose based on your load, how you access the contents and the space available for empty-container storage.

How high can these containers be stacked?

The four rigid steel models shown are listed for stacking up to five high. The collapsible wire range is listed for up to four high. These limits are not interchangeable: confirm the selected model, load distribution, supporting surface and operating instructions before stacking.

Should I choose a solid floor or mesh floor?

Start with the size and shape of the items being stored. A solid sheet floor provides a continuous surface; expanded metal has openings that must be suitable for your contents. Tell us if you are storing small parts, sharp components or material that could pass through a mesh opening.

Can I order the oversized container with solid sides?

The featured oversized model has expanded-metal sides and a solid sheet floor. A solid-sheet version is also available to quote; confirm its final configuration and specifications with JB Equipment.

What information do you need for a quote?

Provide the model or preferred container type, product dimensions, evenly distributed load weight, quantity, stacking requirements and delivery location. Let us know whether you need access from a particular side.

Find the right container for your load.

Send us your product dimensions, weight per container, quantity and delivery location. Include any gate-access or stacking requirements so we can quote the right configuration.
